Where do you ship to?
We currently offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your location and to view the available shipping options and costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items like final sale products may not be eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are return shipping costs covered?
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For returns due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
