Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ChittaAura. Please review the following policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or wear.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
